3M Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Heads are available in 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0 for spraying a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings, including high-viscosity coatings, sprayable fillers, high-build primers, primer surfacers, sealers, single-stage top coats, solvent-based paints, waterborne paints and clearcoats.

The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System, which helps to reduce material waste, mess and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups. The atomizing heads attach to the 3M Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools required for changeouts.
